Turkey Trot races are an awesome way to celebrate Thanksgiving. You can wake up early, participate in a race and then come home and enjoy the day with your family. We know Thanksgiving is a busy day and many people like to volunteer with great organizations, but do not forget about your health and staying fit during the holidays.

This year’s Turkey Trot will be held at Woodley Park in Van Nuys and feature a 5k and 10k race. For those people that haven’t been training, there are still two weeks to prepare for the 5k, which is the perfect distance for casual runners.
