Eat a Burger<\/b>: hangovers are related to how you metabolize alcohol, so to avoid one eat a meal with lots of carbs, protein and fat—a hamburger will hit all those areas and taste great in the process.<\/p>\n

Drink Gatorade<\/b>: or coconut water while you are drinking. Water alone does not work fast enough at replacing electrolytes and nutrients. Alternate between two drinks and a sports drink.<\/p>\n
