Jack-O-Lanterns have a small shelf life and after just a few days your perfect masterpiece will start to mold and shrivel. However, in this week’s blog we have a few great tips for keeping it fresh.

Vaseline: cover any cut edges with vaseline to lock the moisture into your pumpkin. The reason it begins to shrivel is back of a lack of water.
Bleach & Water: fill up a large bucket of water and add an â…› of a cup bleach. Let the pumpkin set for eight hours immediately after you are finished carving.
WD-40: surprisingly WD40 will help keep away mold and lock in moisture. Just beware that using this technique will make your pumpkin flammable, so use an LED light instead of a candle.
